1. Colostrum
I wrote a whole post on colostrum and all its amazing benefits. You can check it out here.
Armra colostrum is the best colostrum supplement because it is made with 100% pure, clean colostrum. There are no sugars or other additives and it’s backed by science so you can feel confident knowing it does exactly what it’s claimed to do.
I’ve seen the biggest change in my digestion and physical health by taking a scoop of Armra every day. It’s been a game changer for me and a daily supplement I swear by!

2. Electrolytes
Everyone should be taking electrolytes on a daily basis and my favorite electrolytes to take and recommend are LMNT.
The government tells us to limit our salt intake, but I always say if you want to reach optimal health do the exact opposite of what the government tells you to do.
According to tons of science-backed research studies, we should be consuming 2-3x the amount of salt that the government recommends.
Ever since I started taking electrolytes in my water I no longer feel extremely thirsty all the time, I don’t have to pee every 20 minutes, and I don’t get the midday slump.
If you’re really worried about consuming too much salt just do 1/3 a packet a day and see how you feel.
You can read more about the science of salt here.
3. Magnesium
Did you know that magnesium helps reduce stress and anxiety, helps you sleep better, and even prevents cavities?
The best magnesium I’ve found is Moon Juice Magnesium. It has 3 bioavailable forms of magnesium and it’s sugar free. It also contains L-Theanine, which promotes relaxation.
You won’t feel drowsy when you take this magnesium. You will mainly notice an overall sense of calm, which is why you can take it at night or during the day.
I’ve noticed my sleep is so much better when I take this magnesium before bed and the L-Theanine helps to turn off my racing thoughts. 10/10 definitely recommend!

4. Mushrooms
Mushrooms are such powerful superfoods to incorporate into your daily supplement routine. My favorite way to get mushrooms in is by drinking them!
I drink Fohow tea which contains cordyceps. This tea “normalizes the work of the stomach and intestine, reduces weight, reduces the amount of lipids in the blood, prevents the formation of atherosclerosis plates on the blood vessel walls, regulates the arterial blood pressure, reduces the amount of sugar in the blood, acts as a diuretic, and more.”
It’s so delicious and even replaced my morning coffee. I crave it every single morning and I don’t get that anxious buzz like I did with coffee.
It’s become one of my holy grail products and I know it will become one of yours too!
5. Vitamin D
Okay, I’ll admit this isn’t exactly a supplement and it’s a little controversial.
When we go out in the sun, our body converts sunlight into vitamin D3. We have millions of receptors on our skin. Our bodies were made to be out in the sun and soak up the rays!
Yes, there are vitamin D supplements out there, but those are not the same as vitamin D that our body actually needs. Our body requires vitamin D from the sun.
Synthetic vitamin D supplements are oil soluble and do not benefit us the same way as vitamin D from the sun.
Vitamin D from sunshine is water soluble and moves throughout our bloodstream. It protects us against harmful bacteria, fungi, and viruses.
So go outside and get your vitamin D! Even just 5-10 minutes is better than nothing 🙂
