Glowing Body Skin Care Routine
Step 1: Dry Brush
Dry brushing is a great way to smooth the skin and aid in lymphatic drainage. This helps a lot with cellulite because it improves circulation.

Step 2: Cleanse
Cleanse with a gentle, non toxic body wash. These are some of the best body washes I recommend for all skin types:

Step 3: Exfoliate
Using a good body exfoliant to get rid of dead skin buildup is a great way to keep your body skin smooth and clear. However, you don’t want to go overboard! You really only need to exfoliate 2-3 times a week.
You can use a scrub or an acid serum. I like to rotate between using a scrub and a serum to get optimum results.

Step 4: Moisturizer
It’s so important to moisturize your body after your shower to rehydrate your skin. This step will keep your skin smooth and glowing all day long.
You can use a lotion, body oil, or balm. I go back and forth between lotions and oils. I tend to gravitate towards body oils in the summer and lotions in the winter. If you have very dry skin, opt for a balm. I have listed some of the best body moisturizers below!

Step 5: Sunscreen
SPF is key if you’re going to be out and about for most of the day. I love body sunscreens that feel like moisturizers and don’t have that gross, greasy feel. This is the absolute best daily body sunscreen I’ve come across:

Step 7: Hands & Feet
Don’t forget hands and feet! If you really want to go the extra mile, give your hands and feet some extra care. Having a good hand cream and doing a foot peel will make such a difference in your head-to-toe glow.
