Animal Based Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb grass fed beef
- 1-2 lb pasture raised pork
- 3 pasture raised eggs
- Redmond’s real salt
- Italian seasoning
- pepper (if well-tolerated)
- 1 c porq panko
- 1/2 c shredded parmeseano reggiono
If you’re able to tolerate onion and garlic you can add onion and garlic powder. I measure all the spices with my heart so there’s no specific amount. Just season with however much spice you like!
These will also go great in a tomato pasta sauce if you’re able to eat tomatoes. I cannot tolerate tomatoes so I eat these plain and they’re still delicious.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking dish with parchment paper. I like to use this reusable parchment paper:
2. Put all ingredients into a large bowl and combine. I like to use my hands to mix everything.
3. Shape the meat mixture into little balls and place them on the lined baking sheet.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
