1) Einkorn Crackers & Raw Cheese
One of the best snacks I grew up on and still eat to this day is cheese and crackers. It’s just such an easy snack you can grab and munch on when you’re in a pinch.
My favorite is raw pepperjack cheese with sea salt einkorn crackers from Jovial.

2) Protein Smoothies
This makes such a good snack, post workout meal, or breakfast on the go. Just add some organic fruit, protein powder, and anything else you like into a blender. I also like to put A2 yogurt and dates in mine.
Here is the protein powder I recommend that’s a good quality, clean protein:
I usually buy unflavored because I can add it to a bunch of different things and not have it affect the taste!
3) Plantain Chips
Plantain chips are the perfect, sweet, crunchy snack! Just make sure there are no added ingredients like seed oils or sugar on the ingredient label.
4) Dried Fruit
Any type of dried fruit is a great sweet snack as long as there are no added ingredients like sugar.
For example, if you buy dried apricots, the ingredients should just say apricot, nothing else!
You could even make a little cheese board with einkorn crackers, dried fruit, and raw cheese. So good!
5) Jerky
A lot of jerky contains crappy ingredients like sugar, seed oils, and isn’t made from good quality meat.
However…

6) Cucumber Slices
Who needs chips when you have cucumbers?

Once you’ve been on the animal based diet long enough, you will prefer these over potato chips filled with seed oils, trust me.
You can even put seasoning on them to add extra flavor, such as vinegar, salt and pepper. Delicious!
7) Cottage Cheese & Fruit
My mom loves this as a snack. Literally, just mix whatever fruit you like with cottage cheese!
8) That’s It Fruit Bars
That’s It bars are literally just made from fruit, that’s it! (see what I did there?😂 okay sorry lame joke). They’re so good and make thee perfect mid-day snack.
