I created this animal based chicken alfredo because I was craving a delicious, comforting pasta dish like I used to eat before going animal based.
This recipe is completely animal based even though it seems too good to be true! There’s absolutely no gluten or other inflammatory ingredients so you will feel fueled and satisfied after eating it.

Animal Based Dinner Idea: Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients
- Spaghetti Squash
- Parmeseano Reggiano
- Pepper
- Cream (raw or A2 is best)
- Grass-fed Butter
- Rotisserie Chicken
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
- Stick the squash in the oven and let it cook for about an hour. Take it out and let it cool.
- While the squash is cooling, make your alfredo sauce. Pour the parmesan, pepper, cream, and butter into a pan and slowly let it melt.
- Take a fork and scrape the spaghetti squash to form spaghetti strands. Plate your squash and add the rotisserie chicken on top.
- Drizzle as much alfredo sauce over the chicken and squash and top off with more parmesan. Enjoy!
